Amy Hutto

Amy Hutto is a mixed media acrylic painter located in the Finger Lakes region of New York. She combines her love of color, texture, layering and mark-making to create images of animals and more in abstracted realism, a style she developed over many years; first as a collage artist then as an acrylic painter, and now a bit of both depending on the direction each piece intuitively leads her.

Amy Hutto is a Signature Member of the National Association of Women Artists, a member of American Women Artists, and the Arts Council of the Southern Finger Lakes; and has been featured in Life in the Finger Lakes Magazine, Discover Fort Collins Magazine, as well as Mornings in Corning on WETM 18 News. Her art can be found in permanent public and private collections across the country as well as internationally.
